Today was the first time in a long time where i had an 'off day' with my muscles. i was trying to do lying tricep extensions and my triceps just didnt co-operate after the first set. Its like the energy in them drained. Funny thing, there were no problems doing chest and shoulders though. :(

dont worry... we all have our 'off' days, or times when we cant find that groove. thats why in powerlifting, you have three attempts at each lift (LOL).

just show the weights no mercy next time!

You need the day off to let your muscles grow.....

Yes I don't myself always like the day off since I'm feeling I'm missing something (and it doesn't help that I'm in a gym the whole day long and people keep asking me if I have been training this morning!!!)

Our body needs it so let's give it what it takes.

i think you misunderstood what i meant by off days. michael got it right :)
my body gets plenty of rest during the week, with school and all. i can only train friday night, sat, and sunday. just this week around, triceps felt like bein bad boys and not listening. -__-
