As my topic states, i was wondering if there are any drinks that you CAN't or shouldn't mix glutamine with? I like to mix mine in my glass of milk in the morning...is there any way to maybe optimize the effect?
I just started using Glutamine and so far i like it!
I think water is optimal, but have not heard of any adverse problems from other things. Of course, most mix it with water or their post workout shake, so I guess that it why. About the only thing I would avoid mixing it with off the top of my head would be a highly acidic beverage, like citrus for example or carbonation.
