I am 15 i am 5'6 and i weigh 217 angd i have been on a diet since june of 2004 and i nned help making a new eating plan I been on the same one for a long time and i keep geting off it because i am tired of it an days meanl uaually are total protein in the morning for breakfast then tuna for lunch with a banana and for dinner i eat tuna with carrots or green beans (both times i eat tuna i eat it with mustard)What else is there i can eat that has good protein and will be good for loseing weight?
