Hey You Guys. I'm just wondering which diet-pill any of you would suggest. I've done a lot of research on what to take 'health wise', but they all seem to be just as 'bad' for you. Which pills have worked for you? Did you simply use them as instructed? Side effects?
I'd love to hear the details.
Thanks!

I've never used them and never will. The best way to reduce is eat healthy unprocessed foods. Cut out the junk food, and work off your fat mass.
Spend your $$$$ on good quality foods, no pills, and you will see results along with a sound exercise program.
I know this wasn't what you wanted to read, but it's the truth!
