hey, im 16, i am wanting to get in better shape just to be more confident about my body, i am skinny though. i have barely any time so i am guessing that i will be doing my workouts that i'm starting in the morning, do any of you find doing a big workout in the morning keeps you pumped all day or has you really tired half-way through, i try to get atleast 6-7 hours of sleep every night and i don't nap, so do you think i'll be fine for doing workouts in the morning??

Welcome fellow Hoser...16 and not a care in the world...who needs sleep, right? You do. Find the time to get a good nights sleep or much of your training will go for naught.

first, i love your screenname.

you will be fine doing your workout in the morning, just make sure you eat first. never lift on an empty stomach unless it is your goal to have absolutely no energy for your workout. and no, you won't run out of energy if you work out in the morning.

welcome to freetrainers!
