Hey guys, I don't know if anyone would be intersted in this so if you are enjoy, if not I'm sorry.....

I recently have completed BUDS Training (Navy SEAL training) and this was our workout....

Running
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 2 miles per day, 8:30 pace 6 miles/week
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 2 miles per day, 8:30 pace 6 miles/week
Week 3: No running - High risk for injury
Week 4: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 3 miles per day
Week 5: Monday - 2 mi, Tuesday - 3 mi, Thursday - 4 mi, Friday - 2 mi
Week 6: Monday - 2 mi, Tuesday - 3 mi, Thursday - 4 mi, Friday - 2 mi
Week 7: Monday - 4 mi, Tuesday - 4 mi, Thursday - 5 mi, Friday - 3 mi
Week 8: Monday - 4 mi, Tuesday - 4 mi, Thursday - 5 mi, Friday - 3 mi
Week 9: Monday - 4 mi, Tuesday - 4 mi, Thursday - 5 mi, Friday - 3 mi

Pushups/situps/pullups

6 sets of 30 push-ups; 6 sets of 30 sit-ups; 3 sets of 10 pull-ups

Swim:
Swim continuously for 35 minutes

Well after all that you should be in pretty good shape... it takes time to work up to these goals so if you can't do it right away no biggie, after the 9 week running program if you want work on your running times your goal should be about 6 min miles (we do it in boots so don't tell me you can't do it) anyways I'm bored and just rambling on ... Any questions/comments? You can email me @ josh@kurtz.com later

We went to Army AB school for jump (I was in the Marines - I actually didn't need wings but some of my buddies got them). I think the Army is the jump hq for the US military or something.
