I am 18 right now. Ive been working out for 2 years and have put on about 50 pounds since i started working out through consistent diet and workouts. these gains were excelent as my genetics are terrible. Right now i seem to be platauing, (or however you spell it), and i was thinking of starting up with creatine. Ive seen in other posts people ask if they are at the right age to take creatine, and people usualy respond by saying that it is not neccesary, as in your teenage years your testostorone levels are at a maximum. I dont understand why this has anything to do with anything, do your test levels and creatine levels have something to do with each other?

your body naturally produces creatine, by taking the supplement creatine you are adding to the creatine already present in your body. Creatine can be a great supplement to help one over a plateau especially if you've been training for 2 years. I would give it try. Do a search at the bottom in the fitbuddy search and you'll find tons of info on creatine and how to take it.
