I do it often, just be sure to count the calories, though low, in your daily intake. Crystal lite is also an easy way to male protein shakes more palatable.

Some people will tell you not to consume artificial sweeteners.

It is up to you.

My advice is that you should just stick to the unflavored water. It might be harmful in the long run if you sweeten it all with crystal lite.

What about adding a bit of lime and using a sugar substitute for sweetener?

I drink the Poland Spring sparkling water with lime. I add two packets of splenda to it and it's like a fizzy limeade. Also, I put a tea bag in my water bottle (Salada White tea blend) and let stand for a bit then add two pkts of splenda. It makes my water much tastier.

madbrenda...My crystal lights are sugar free. The majority of the people tell me to use them wisely. I have cut back to 2 a day. My water intake is up so high that it shouldnt matter. Thanks for the Salada White tea blend advise! I will have to get that one a try ~Shannon~

It is one of my bests so far. I take my water at room temp and find the Salada White Tea blend to absorb much faster than the others I've tried. I like the taste much better than the others, but really, you can experiment with any of your favorite teas. Another one of my favorites is the Tazo Green Ginger.

And congrats on being soda free!
