My name is Dave,
and I'd like to say hello, and let you know that I am here to do some serious exercise. I enjoyed the interactiveness of this site (if that's a word?) and decided to join the Professional group for a more enhanced interactive experience.
I find that inputting my exercise data on a daily basis keeps me motivated to continue the next training day. I am trying to tone up, and get down from about 23% B.F. to 18% or so.
I do have 1 question that maybe some could help me with...When I decided to join the next level, I did so to increase the range of exercises and selection available to me. I have not been able to figure out how to personalize what areas I train. ie: I would like to put in some forearm exercises but cannot figure how to do this. I work out 4 days a week, all free weights, resistive bands, balancing exercise ball and treadmill.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my goals of 18% seem more possible since joining this community, I would like to understand the full potential of my membership.
I am a 190ish lb male standing 72"(6'0") tall.
Thank you all, I love this community...lots of motivation, through everyones successes, and learning curves.

Your forearm exercises might be in on the same day as your back. Look for wrist curls, standing, sitting, behind the back, dbell, bbel etc. The program also takes into consideration compound exercise, and does not always isolate a muscle.
Good luck and glad to have you aboard as a pro memebr. Don't foreget to checkout the pro forum for some relaxation!

I have tried to post a pic in the showcase gallery, but nothing is coming up. I've tried uploading the file in spot #1, #3, and #10 just in case there was an error with the previous attempted position. Nothing as of yet.
Is it possible to get some clarification on how this function works? My pic is in .jpeg format as well.
Thank you,
