Wow, time really flies. I haven't been on here since 1/8/05. Well, I took some advice from you guys and I've really come down in the pounds -- now I'm at 175.8 pounds. Doing the HITT training really is great! I've also moved my workout up to 5 to 6 days a week and doing the HITT training I'm able to shorten the time on the treadmill down to 35 minutes from 45 minutes and I'm feeling great. I can't believe how lousey I was feeling before then. I've also started attending an hour long weight training class twice a week. I love this web site. There's so much information available and it's nice talking to people who are doing the same thing.
