Hi, I've been doing cardio on the treadmill for 3 months now and I've added HITT in it now. I also do a weight training class on Thursdays and Sundsay. Oh, I do the treadmill 4 to 5 days a week for 35 minutes since adding the HITT to it. I've noticed two things within the last 2 weeks: My heartrate has increased. Doing the HITT my heartrate has reached 171 to 176 at times. But my concern is now when I start my workout, within minutes I'm at 145-160. Is this normal? My treadmill workout is 3.9 speed at an 11 to 12 percent incline. The second thing now is I"m STARVING in the mornings before I go workout (5 a.m.) I never used to be hungry. I used to have a good breakfast about 2 to 2 1/2 hours after I worked out. But now (the last 2 weeks) once I workout, I lose my appetite and I'm making myself eat a real light breakfast, and I still don't want any lunch. What's going on? I'm still losing weight at a rate of 2 pounds a week, which is still good, but I'm worried about my appetite. Oh, on Thursdays, I do the treadmill in the morning and the weight training class at about 8:15 at night. Any reasons why this is happening anyone? Am I doing too much? I don't want to seem like an excercise junky, but I love it.
