The nutrition plan on this site says I should eat 2091 calories a day. This seems like too much. I'm female, 5'3", 157 lbs. Any input?

Have you tried the FT mass program? It's all laid out for you there and it works. I am sure of that. I've done their mass routine twice with good results. To build up a certain body part you have to do the others as well.

are you looking to lose weight? I think you would be ok at about 1900 based on height and weight. Any body else?

Yes Cristal, I would like to lose at least 30 lbs., but also build some muscle definition.

Hecdarec, I'll Look into the FT mass program. I'm new to this site, so it's taking me awhile to figure my way around.

Thanks!

With fat loss and lean mass being your goal, I would opt for the "weight loss and definition" program up there. Click on Fitness resources tab, and choose that program.
