Hey all,
i started a diet sunday but i am eattin 8 meals & eattin every 2hrs and it is getting to me b/c i got up late and i miss some of my meals so...i like to know if there is any kind of good Weight Gainers out there i can get that is low cost???? and i order some whey monday off of the net i will be takin that after my workouts
im 140lbs if u wanna know how much i weight and here is my diet plan if u can help me drop any of my meals and yes im bulkin too
Meal 1 - Eggs,Bacon,toasted & cup of milk or oatmeal
Meal 2 - Baked Potato,Broccoli & bottle water
Meal 3 - tuna sandwich,corn & bottle water
Meal 4 - egg sandwich & bottle water
Meal 5 - Chicken or steak green beans & bottle of water
Meal 6 - Carrots & broccoli mixed together & chicken & bottle of water
Meal 7 - Turkey sandwish , grapes & bottle of water
Meal 8 - carrots,broccoli & dip and bottle of water

i dont got many problems i just cant get any weight on my skinny azz lol but i started a bulkin diet sunday and i miss few meals today so..i will make up the meals tomorrow so..i hope i dont miss anymore meals lol but 8 meals is alot to me but im doin it but i was hopin some1 here knows a good weight gainer i can get from walmart or on the net, to help me out on my bulkin

You are better off gaining weight by eating and lifting hard.
