ive been working out seriously now for about 6 months my bench squat and cleans all seem to keep increasing rapidly but i just cant seem to deadlift much more then when i began is there any other possibl lifts to help your deadlift go up or any certain set and reps i should do right now i do 145 1x15 150 1x10 155 1x8 160 1x6 165 1x4

yes there are a few possibilities....


gator/other members already addressed it in other posts....search for detailed info...


First off your deadlift training has bodybuilding look to it...this is a powerlifting/strength thread so perhaps this is the wrong place to ask....

you can try switching type of deadlift

romanian deadlift
stiff-legged deadlift
pin deadlifts
hyper deadlifts
speed band deadlifts
dimel deadlifts
good mornings

vary foot stance....close/shoulder width/as wide as you can to still be able to get hands around your legs....

I also suggest switching reps to really shock the body

try doing (5,3,3,2,1) or (2,1,1)....in other words very heavy lifting with long rest periods of 3-10 minutes....
