.. here is the latest info from flexonline.com:

St. Louis, MO (October 7, 2002) - Physical. TV is taking the sport of men's bodybuilding LIVE with the iN DEMAND and Internet pay-per-view airing of the event October 19, 2002 at 7 p.m. Pacific / 10 p.m. Eastern from the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center in Las Vegas. "GNC Presents Mr. Olympia Live! - The Fans Talk Back™" is a major breakthrough for the sport and represents the caliber of production that Physical.TV's team has brought to this industry. A key feature of this groundbreaking event is the Fans Talk Back™, an interactive opportunity for the fans to vote for their favorites over the Internet, in real-time. These results will be displayed on the big screen on stage at the Mandalay Bay during the actual event (for the audience and judges to see!), live on the iN DEMAND and Internet pay-per-view feeds as well as at the www.Physical.TV and affiliated sites.

Physical.TV is also pleased to announce WWE wrestling superstar, Triple H, who has agreed to co-anchor the live pay-per-view events. Triple H calls himself 'The Game' and, since making his WWE debut in the spring of 1995, Hunter Hearst Helmsley has done it all in the sports entertainment industry. He is the only man in the history of the business to have been a Grand Slam Champion and to have won King of the Ring and the Royal Rumble. At 6'4" and 246 pounds, Triple H is a consummate professional athlete and one of bodybuilding's biggest fans. Triple H's anchoring of the Mr. Olympia will be a great opportunity to see him in action and he's sure to share his 'Game' with the TV audience.

U.S. fans will have access to a tape delay of the entire two-hour preliminaries, which is due to air from 4-6 pm Pacific time via the Internet, by visiting www.Physical.TV, www.FlexOnline.com or www.Muscle-Fitness.com. They will then be treated to a one-hour "pre-game" show starting at 6 pm Pacific which features Triple H, highlights of last year's competition, a quick overview of the 2002 Olympia Fitness competition from the night before, interviews with that night's Mr. Olympia competitors and more. The preliminaries and pre-game show are available to U.S. fans via www.Physical.TV and it's affiliate Internet sites for a fee of only $9.95 U.S. Once this Internet broadcast is complete, the U.S. audience then will be invited to tune-in to the iN DEMAND telecast for the finals.

Both the iN DEMAND and international Internet audience will be able to view all three hours of the Mr. Olympia finals competition. Due to Physical.TV's arrangement with iN DEMAND, it has agreed that the finals will only be available inside the U.S. via iN DEMAND and the fee for this world-class event is $24.95 U.S. To access the pay-per-view event, fans are encouraged to check with their local cable provider for access to iN DEMAND programming or they can check further details by visiting www.indemand.com and entering "Mr. Olympia" in the search feature of the site.
Fans outside the U.S. can see the finals as part of an overall "international" package that includes the preliminaries and a "pre-game" show. However, for fans located outside the U.S., special Internet "filtering" software used by www.Physical.TV and it's affiliated sites will give them access to the entire 5+ hour event - the preliminaries, "pre-game" show and the entire finals competition. The fee for this international Internet live telecast is only $24.95 U.S. All U.S. and international fans will have a choice of Internet broadband video delivered at 100K/sec. or 300K/sec. depending on their connection.

In addition all Internet visitors, whether participating in the live pay-per-view telecasts or not, will at least be able to vote for their choice of the 2002 Mr. Olympia's "Top 10" and see the results in a separate section of www.Physical.TV site. This free section provides still shots and short video clips of the event as it's happening along with the ability to vote and make sure their voice is heard in the "Fans Talk Back" voting.

"We know that bodybuilding has a more committed, enthusiastic group of fans than practically any other sport in the world," says Wayne DeMilia, Chairman of the IFBB Pro Division, "and now they have a chance to voice their opinions as never before." "It's a real breakthrough for our sport," continued DeMilia, "and we appreciate that Physical.TV is working so hard to help elevate the public awareness of our sport at both the U.S and international level. So far as we know, we're the first sport to incorporate this level of technology and audience participation in a live event and believe that the media attention it will attract will only help to grow the audience for our sport."

Can't wait!
