will i have 2 worry about takin anti-estrogen supplements after a cycle of ZMA being that it does elevate testosterone levels???

Not unless your T levels are already through the roof! ZMA may help your body increase its own levels of T, rather than adding to it artificially (like anabolics).

thanks man. Ur response brings up another question. U use the word anabolics as in steroids. Anabolic refers 2 a substance that builds muscle. Some1 told me that this is what seperates human growth hormone from steroids, i.e. steroids are anabolic whereas hgh is not. Is this accurate?? Further, what are the effects of hgh if it is not anabolic?? Is it jus to grow taller?? Is it true it changes your dna?? Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

The definition of anabolic is simply promoting protein synthesis.(anabolic processes are those in which body tissues are biosynthesized). This is what we strive for, trying to maintain an anabolic state, or at the very least(espcecially when dieting for a contest) to be anticatabolic.
