not able to complete all reps

I have just started on the program and I am unable to do all reps per section. I am able to complete 1 set of each and find that to be difficult. Very out of shape and not much strength. Hopefully in a couple of weeks will be able to do all excerses. I don't use weights just my weight that seems to be to much. Please help

Don't worry about it since you're just starting out... after a couple of weeks you'll get there....
