im currently trying to bulk up but for some reason havent gained a pound from it.ive actually lost a pound.im 6'4 and weigh 170.my eating schedule is..(dinner varies)
6:45Morning-2 boiled eggs,english muffen,and a serving of oatmeal
school lunch 10:15- big subsandwhich chips and 3 servings of chacolate milk
2:30 ovaltine,a boiled egg on a english muffen.2 chicken egg roals
5:00 dinner-tacos,refried beans
9:40 before bedtime-ovaltine turkey sandwhich
is this not enough food still?im weightlifting mon-fri
hey there pbrane welcome FT, this is an awesome site with a wealth of information. Topics like this have been discussed thousands of times so if you do a search at the bottom on fitbuddy you will find out what you need to know. but from a quick scan your diet isn't that great and your not coming close to eating enough or often 5-7 meals should be your aim. you need to drop the chips,english muffin, chocolate milk,and tacos depending what;s in it. Look at the bodybuilders grocery list and shop from there. Good luck
