the best exercses you gonna find are probably at www.aware-jump.com
this program is rally effective i guess. i mean, i'm not really into jumping but lot of friends are and they say it's one of the best there is. the price looks nice too:), i mean, there are not so many things you can get for $17.
hope that helps,

that's a load of bs...he's their sales rep or something...
check powerlifting forum...there's at least one topic on 1st page titled 'vertical'
you can boost your vertical by lot by heavy squatting, deadlifting, power cleaning, jerks, etc....as well as plyometric programs....I would generally avoid hyped up programs that involve sites like the other psoted listed or buy jump shoes or other bs....it's all garbage....buyer beware....and the results won't happen overnight.....

One word menace...flubber...it's a must have.
By the way, it just so happens I've got the remaining supply and I could possibly be persuaded to let some go for as little as say...oh, I don't know...15 bucks. Email me.

Increasing leg power by the exercises as listed by Menace, and again as he posts plyometric as well, exercises such as, Bounding, ladder work, rocket jumps with weight, jump the bar, cone leaping (road cones of varying height) Diagonal shuttles, sprints with ankle weights or parachute, there's a long list:)

Plyometric programs are very beneficial to you in many ways. But I would suggest that you start off doing a weight training program, before plyometrics, to help you avoid injury.
