Loosing tummy fat is the slowest process. Asimmer is right with her famous quote "Abs are made in the kitchen." Now that you have a good work-out going, learn about your diet. There are no suppliments or no easy ways. You will find that you should learn to break your caloric needs into more meals that the common 3. Try to eat 5 meals a day, smaller portions of course and drink all the water you can. Learn about simple carbs and when to eat/drink them. There are lots of experts here, search using "Buddy Search" at the bottom of the page. If you have a question taht isn't found already, ask it. Mostly, be patient, losing tummy fat requires a consistant routine of diet and excercise.
