Due to my schedule I have a tough time eating enough to gain size. Does eating a lot of fruit give your the nutrition you need to put on size and can slim fast, which is considerably cheaper, help to supplement meals like the other drinks?
Not really. You need a good balance of food high in protein cause that is what bulids the muscle. Fruit is a good source of vitamins and carbs as well as natural sugars, but they do not bulid muscle. As for slimfast it is okas long as the rest of your diets is very low in sugar. Slimfast is very high and is used most often to loose weight not gain muscle size.
