i'm an 18 year old athletic male..however i am looking to tone my body and maybe drop 10-15 lbs, but i need a diet...does anyone have a diet plan i could have? thanks.
Work out how many calories you need according to your lean body mass, and start cutting the calories from fat and bad carbs.
Try and target a fat loss between 1-2 lbs a week.
This will take some time if you are already at 15% bf.
