which is better? soy protein or whey protein. I would like to know what type of protein is best absorbed by anyone's body. I surfed the internet and read that soy protein contains more branched chain-amino acids than whey. In fact, it is cheaper and more affordable. Anyone who could lend a hand?

Well I'm not the supplement expert in here but I know that the soy protein you can get today is as good (complete) as the whey one.
I know the whey protein get absorbed faster by the body so that's an ideal shake right after work out.
Soy protein is good especially if you are intolerant to lactose BUT sometimes it gots a quite nasty taste.

You don't have any friends where you can taste the proteins or maybe you could ask the companies for some small samples....

I personally like whey for muscle building. Soy recently is starting to make some noise, but until further eveidence, I will stick with whey. Soy has some excellent health benefits by all means, but purely from a muscle building standpoint, the jury is still out on it.

I usually drink Soy protein before bedtime, I think i heard it was better to take at night apposed to Whey protein cuz it doesnt get absorbed right away and it doesnt collect as fat overnight.
