Plyometric Exercises

i tried a seach on plyometrics but i couldnt find any specific exercises...can someone please give me a list of plyometric exercises that work the whole body and some that are mainly used to increase vertical, speed, and balance, thanks

verticle jumps are based on full body explosion.
cleans, snatches, jump squats, box jumps will all help

theres 4 topics in powerlifting session alone.......I dont' think you did a search.......ones intitled verticle, another increasing verticle......jump excercises.......LOOK

also do clap push ups, ball push ups, speed bench press, if you have a partner throw a medicine ball as explosively as you can to him/her....you can do most other upper body exercises...by doing very low reps as explosively as you can...so you pick a weight you can normally do 15-20 reps and do it 1-3 reps...as fast as you can...(this is upper body)....andrew listed main ones for overall and lower body already...
