How Much Do The Weight Plates Weigh???

I was wondering how much the weight plates weigh on the lat pull down machine. They are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...etc. I assumed they would be 10 or 15 lbs. but am not for sure. I think it was a Cybrex machine. Anyone know?

They really are "relative". We call them 10 lbs., the plates I don't believe weigh that but add in the resistance of the cable and pulleys and it probably gets close.

it's different....some stacks go in straight 10 pounds....other stacks have 5 lb increments to 50 and then 10lb increments thereafter....it depends...
