Decline Bench Press Alternatives?

Hi,

I work out @ home and my bench does not decline, I need to substitute it with somthing else to work my lower chest - any ideas??

If you have an Olympic weight set, stack 3 or 4 45lb plates and set the end of the bench on top of the stack. Make sure you do not stack many weights as this well cause the bench to tip over.

lil dangerous lol.........you can oput your feet on ground and hands on abench or bed........and do push ups like that.

Dips will work the lower chest a lil to , if you get a good stretch.

do you have resistance tubing?
i have done a good imitation of low cable crossovers by looping the exercise tubing around the base of my bench and walking out far enough to get tension, facing away from the bench. Starting with your hands by your hips, you scoop up and together in front of you, keeping your arms almost straight, palms facing up.
