Personally Intruder, I just bought the updated Arnold Schwarzenegger body builing book And really love it. It only cost me like $20 dollars. Maybe you should look it this one, but I dont know how these are different because I dont know about the Musclenow.

i bealieve in the concept of mind over matter. i believe that a person is only as strong as their mind and their body is just the shell, the work horse, the blunt instrument to get the job done, however, if your mind is strong you can keep your body strong. when i am tired i tell my body to F*** off, because i believe that when i am tired its just my boddy telling my mind to stop. then i go untill i cant go any further, and then i go one more time. i am on my quest to be the biggest bad-A$$ out there, a physical specimen, a supreem being.

Also check amazon.com - I find used copies of most things there.
