I take my creatine by simply putting it under my tongue and drinking it down with grape juice or a water/corn sugar mixture. I was just wondering if there was a minimum amount of grapejuice or dextrose i should be using, or if it's ok to use just enough to get the creatine down my throat. Thanks a lot.

this is for off days, postworkout, i take it with my shake.....20 minutes into it ofcourse:big_smile:

I would not use juice on off days, you do not need the insulin rise.
