Hi guys,
Got one question for u people. Are the belts that r coming in the market that promise u to reduce fat really work.I hope u got it.In the TVs they put up ads like the ab slim and many other that say say that all u need 2 do is just put the belt on ur waist and loose inches from ur belly.R these true or only bluffing ??
Do fat burners and mass gainers help u 2 get lean mass??

They might be good firm up your stomach muscle under the fat, but they won't get rid of the fat.

One thing about fat is that there is no way of getting rid of it in specific areas. You can do all the ab workouts you want... if you do end up burning fat, then the body just gets rid of it randomly all over the place. You might start loosing it off your legs first... who knows...

I find that I loose fat on my biceps first, then my abdomen, then my back.

If I'm really getting ripped, then my triceps, legs and lower back start shedding the rest of the fat too.

Everyone is different though and only a good diet with excercise will help (or getting one of those fat suckssion operations...ouch).

bruce lee used to wear some kinda of heated stomach belt while working out on a stationary bike...he believed this would loose fat in his stomach area.
