If I have said it once I will say it a million times. Cereal is the most overrated breakfast ever.
But if your going to eat cereal, Vector is probably the way to go. Its more of a meal replacement then a cereal, so you actually get some nutrients and some proper carbs and proteins with it.
Still nothing beats good old eggs and rolled oats first thing in the morning.

We eat scrambled eggs for breakfast. A total of 3 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, and a splash of milk w/salt and pepper. You can do numerous things with scrambled eggs, you can add peppers, mushrooms, onions, any type of meat, salsa, low fat cheese...the list goes on and on.

Why is it impossible for you to have eggs and oats? The time it takes to cook them?
Do you have an electric kettle or microwave? An oven and a frying pan? If you do you can easily cook your eggs and make your oats in less then 5 minutes.
Here's how you do it: Turn on stove to about medium-high, place frying pan on element. Grab a bowl and fill it with quick oats, water, place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute. Once the oats are done your frying pan should be hot enough, spray the pan with pam and throw your eggs on and cover it. Eat your oats. Bye the time your done eating your oats the eggs should be done, if the tops are not cooked just flip it over for 30-60 seconds. Your eggs are done now so eat them. It's all about multi-tasking.

Hard Boil them ahead of time...last for 1 week. I cook my eggs in the micro....1egg+2 egg whites scrambled with some seasonings pop in micro for 1-1min 20sec done....
By the way...teaching yourself to wake up earlier works too...I get up at about 520 every morning so that I can eat brekkie....

If your serious about your goals and wanting to achieve results, you will find time it really doesn't take much. Just wake up 10 minutes earlier. I buy the old fashioned oats and put 'em in the microwave for one minute and dash some cinnamon and splenda in there mix it up takes exactly 6 minutes to eat, while your eating that have the frying pan heating up with the egg whites ready to go thrown them on cook aproximately 5 minutes allow 30 sec. to cool and about 2-3 minutes to eat. that's about 15 1/2 minutes, i think thats pretty doable

I use the Better 'n Eggs egg product for all my egg uses. You get the protein minus the cholesterol and it's not as messy. :-) And they are available in different varieties for quick and easy omlettes.
I make an 'egg pancake' and roll it up with some shredded cheese in a flour tortilla for the kids' breakfast. They love it! It's a fast easy breakfast or snack.
As far as cereals, I really like the Nutritious Living 40*30*30. http://www.organicmilling.com/hi_lo_cereal_403030.html
