Hi,

My g/f is constantly asking me what good to eat what not to eat. I have some knowledge but I don’t really know the portions for women.

I was thinking to send her to a nutritionist, is it a good idea?

I don`t want her to start some crazy diets.

Also, how much does it cost what`s included? And if anybody knows anybody good in Toronto?

Thnx

Women need the same Nutrients, vitamins, and minerals as men do. Depending what her goals are and her activity level, will dictate what kind of nutritionist she sees.
There are nutritionists, and there are nutritionists.
Perhaps you can get the info you are looking for on here.
There are alot of knowledgeable people on here and it is free.

How about starting with a book first. I like to read up all I can on any subject I'm about to delve into. And I really like the 'dummies' books. There is a "Nutrition for Dummies" out there that might be a good place to start. :-)
