first what kind of bread are you eating? and as long as you fit the calories and carbs into your total caorie intake for the day your fine. How much of it are you eating?
Very often, if you are eating white breads, it is those carbs you find yourself craving and it takes a bit to get it out of your system. You can try to convert all your breads to whole wheat and as JustinE22 said, fit them into your daily carb/calorie requirements. The whole wheat is a much better carb for you.
