When i went to the gym today i started to work my chest and i got thru my warm up set and and one regular set when i realized i was extremely weak and then i rememberd i did back and tri's yesterday and that was prob. why so i stopped and went and did my cardio. I took a sip of some protein just in case. but could one set on bench hav e triggered the release or cortisol?

justin we are so alike it scares me sometimes...
if anything is triggering cortisol release it's how much you're stressing over your routine. doing one set is like moving something heavy between rooms in your house — you're lifting but it's not a full workout. you're a-ok.

lol justin....yea training chest after shoulder or tricep workout day before is kinda bad...but then again...all you need to do is readjust the weights you gonna do by 5-10 lb downward ...not a big deal...or just expect to do less reps...5 or even 4 instead of usual 6 ...not a big deal since you know the reason...
