Hey all, I'm an intermediate lifter who's looking for some tips on packing on some weight and strength. I'm lifting 5 days a week, 1 group/day. Any recommendations from you vets on the best way to increase the whole package with extra emphasis on chest? I'd love to hear what you've got...
One of the biggest tips I can give you is don't start falling for all the "pro" workouts you see in the magazines. Stay with heavy compound exercises. Like for chest, Flat BB or DB bench, same with inclines and declines. These are solid movements that will bring you mass.
