Should I take any supplements?

Atm i am taking whey protein after my workouts and a multivitamin at night. I have been doing weights since christmas, and have read about all these supplements(creatine, glutamine, hormones etc), should it take any of those and if so which 1's? It's all so confuing :(

At this point, just keep doing what you are doing. I would however change your multi to early in the day rather than before bed.

It's easier to remember at night, since I'm not a morning person.

You may want to set it out somewhere so you will see it in the morning. I think it will be more useful at this time.

bb1fit is right, taking your multi in the morning is the best way to go. You need your vitamins and minerals during the day when you are most active. Use whey protein as a supplement to a meal or post workout. Remember too much protein can cause kidney damage so be sure to use what you eat by sticking to your exercise program and changing it up frequently.
