Hello All
Im new to this site, i found it out by surfing the google search engine.
I was wondering if anyone knew how i could gain weight constistantly. Im 18 years old and weight 127 lbs and im 5'10. I would really like to know what to eat and do to start weight lifting. My goal would be just to get to 160-170 pounds nothing too big.

look under nutrition and powerlifting/strength thread for a lot of good avice... also use the SEARCH tool at the bottom of the page to find for what you're asking...this has been discussed X times already...
been there...done that. I was 6' 4" and about 155 in high school...all arms and legs. There's LOTS here for the hard gainer, so take some time to look around.
