Has anyone had these? I work at a grocery store and just saw them today. They have like 25 g protein with 200 calories and 6 g fat. I am not super strict on my diet being a college kid and all, but these seem pretty decent to me. Also they use a whole grain bread compared to the usual crossaint shell.
My question is if these seem to good to be true? I used to love hot pockets and they are easy too.

do you know the sodium and sugar content or if they use any hydrogenated oil? sometimes reading a nutrition label isn't as easy as just looking at macronutrients.

Actually about the hydrogenated oils, they claim to have 0g trans fat, but on the ingredeint label it says Partially Hydrogenated blah blah blah. I thought the two were the same thing. They are pulling some sketchy labeling it sounds like to me.

They are allowed to say 0g trans fat so long as it stays below 1 gram. It's a dirty trick the food industry likes to use all the time, so you need to keep an eye on the ingredients!
