Hi! My name is Erin, and I just stumbled across this amazing site...
I'm still exploring and checking it all out. It's a tad overwhelming at first, but I think it's really going to help me.
I've been looking for an at-home exercise program that I can fit into my schedule.
I joined a weight loss clinic almost 4 weeks ago, and I've lost 16 pnds. (44 more to go)
But - I didn't just want to lose weight, I want to tone and add definition. Most of all I want energy!
I look forward to starting this program on Monday.
Add exercise like weight training and cardio into your new lifestyle and you will succeed in getting defined.
With weight-loss alone, you will keep the same over-all shape, and also lose muscle (which keeps our metabolism faster).
