I have been eating healthy since last Sept. and went from 235 to 180. About 1 month ago I hit a wall where I couldn't lose anymore weight. I was eating 2 meals and a light snack each day for a total of about 1000-1400 calories a day.
On Feb. 16th I began my workout routine and with the help of a member (thanks Charlie) I started eating every few hours for a total of 5-6 small meals a day. I must admit I was skeptical but today when I stepped on the scales I was down to 176!! I am in shock! I would have never guessed that eating more (healthy food of course) would result in weight loss even with the addition of the light routine I am doing. My muscles are already firming up and when I "flex" there is a noticeable difference. This has really bolstered my drive to stick with this lifestyle long term.
To sum it up, all you new people like me listen to the advice given (even if it sounds crazy) because these people really know what they are talking about!
Thanks again to all who have answered my naive questions in a kind, honest and professional manner.
P.S. Even the double chin and man boobs are looking better!
