Has anyone in here bought or know of this book? "The ABS Diet" by the editor of Men's Health Mag. Gives you a diet to help with the abs and overall diet in general. Just woundering of this book is worth the read/money?

Thanks

oh yes, totally.
i haven´t read the all book, just some articles of it on men´s health editions... unfortunately, those kind of books are not sold in here.
but with what i´v read, i can tell you it pretty worth a reading: if you are a novice, you will leran you need to know. if you are an intermediate, it will help you sharp up your routine.

and the diets, they are good: good macros ratio and good carbs and protein source as well as fat

I don't know why they call it the abs diet book, perhaps because it is more appealing that way. Why not the overall I don't want to die at an early age healthy diet book?

Thanks for your post back guys and gals. I think I am just going to have to pick up a copy and give it a read. My diet for sure could use some tuning. :-)
