Tried this in a west indian restaurant, and liked it, when I found what was in it was not so keen but its actually very nice!

1 Can Guiness (not cream flow)
*Pour into jug and stir till bubbles calm down
*Add 1 tin of evaporated Milk and stir well
*Add a dash of nutmeg, cinamon and a spoon of vanila essence (Stir)
add one tin of vanilla nutrition (available in Uk) I often mix up a vanilla protien shake, adds thickness and sweetness. Leave overnight in fridge for best resault (or drink straight away as I do. Best to chill the ingridients first.

Sugar to taste, a dash of rum (white or dark) is also good.

I am not recomending this as healthy !! but we all know protien shakes are horrible and this was quite an unusual use.

bodybuilding for the guiness drinking set, eh?

Maybe the next thing will be margaritas made with fruity whey protein?

Delish but I would not recommend drinking this more than once a week and if you are trying to lose weight and bodyfat, I would lay off of this one for quite awhile.

Universal just came out with a lemonade IsoWhey protein. I thought it would be great to mix it with some Jack, and come up with some Lynchburg Lemonade......LOL! Build mass AND get trash - what a bargain.
