Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

...or just spinning wheels. I am a career firefighter and by contract have to spend an hour in the gym daily, so I am trying to take advantage and get back to where I was in college doing rotating workouts focusing on certain areas and doing cardio on off days. I went out to GNC and purchased the whole gaggle of suplements. I started out with NO2, Whey Protein, Glutamine, Androstenene 1000mg, MyoBlast, and GABA 750mg. Now I am reading and hearing that I should also be taking Creatine along with the Glutamine. Now I understand the difference between the two but I am starting to wonder if taking all of this is working at all or if it is even safe. I have noticed that I have been 'chiseling' some of the flab out and getting more definition, but not as fast as I thought I should be with what I am taking. I have been at it now for almost 2 months.

P.S. Can anyone tell me about Thermo Gain? Would it be safe to take with my current compliment of supplements?

Personally I think a lot of what you bought is a waste of money (NO2). I think that at most a type of creatine and whey along with the glutamine, is enough. Just eat good healty foods and let nature go! LOL how old are you by the way?

I am 28 and have used andro before while playing soccer in college. I was impressed by the response the andro afforded my body. I have really researched andro but can't seem to find any regarding its use in conjunction with the NO2 or Thermo Gain.
