What's the best way to add size to your abs? I can do situps all day long, but I need to add some mass into the mix...

Add some resistance and concentrate on the obliques.

Absolutely. Weighted pulley crunches are probably the king, but weighted situps on an incline are also good. Whatever your gym has that can add resistance to your ab work. Ab muscles are no different than any other muscle contrary to popular belief. they need to be trained hard with resistance, rested, and fed.
