Personally, I am confused with all these fad diets.
I have done low carb last year and i have lost weight from it but i have gained it all back.
I also was starting to want to vomit at the sight of eggs, bacon and cheese, ect. Since then, i have integrated carbs back into my diet but i still try not to eat low carb - high fibre foods.
I eat healthy but I dont know what i should be eating when.
Here is an example of my diet:
Breakfast - Reduced Sugar - Oatmeal with a yoghurt.
Snack - fruit or yoghurt (sometimes i dont do this snack)
Lunch - sandwich or salad
Snack - fruit
Dinner - salad, meat, veggies (try not to eat alot of carbs)

I am looking to tone and lose about 15 more pounds.
Any suggestions?

One of the best favors you can do for yourself is to spend some time browsing the Diet and Nutrition forum. There's a wealth of information there along with a grocery list that's hard to beat.

Duh - I guess I'm getting old. I posted that last one and only then noticed that the forum I mentioned was where you posted. :) In spite of my senility, this is still the best place to read up.

The reason you are lost with all the "fad diets" is because they are set up to make you fail. That's why new one's are always coming out and of course, they are approved by the FDA! All they make you do is loose water, muscle, fat, which equals the 5 pounds in the first week, then continues to drop more slower. You then get tired and, agitated and fed up and gain more BF then you started with because you lost the muscle.

Take a look at the grocery list, on the site.
Add more protein to your diet, and healthy carbs.
I guarantee with exercize and healthy food, (don't forget to eat 5x a day) and exercise.
You will do it!
