Simple question... How much protein should I be getting?
I'm now 298 lbs (down from 330 since 1/31) and I weight train 4 times a week and do 40-55 mins of cardio 6 days a week.
How much protein should I aim for?

1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight....since you're losing weight...I would even increase that to about 1.5g per lb of bodyweight... so about 450g for you...split fairly evenly into 6-8 meals (which include preworkout/post workout whey protein shakes...)
