Incline french curls are simply putting the bench at about a 30 degree angle, take an easy curl bar with your weight on it, and bring it down BEHIND your head. This is very important. Alot of people do "skull crushers", bringing it down only to their forehead. You lack full stretch doing this. Then, keeping your elbows in, raise the weight up in a sweeping motion to directly over your forehead. Reapeat for reps. Rope pull downs, are done with a twin rope with knotted ends or something onthe ends to keep your hands from slipping off. Attached to the high cable pulley, simply face the pulley and pull down with your elbows in close again. At the bottom you may bring your hands out to a stretched position if you like.
