Just wondering if anyone here tried grip strengtheners like Captains of Crush or some other ones....(I got 2 different ones from http://www.wwfitness.com/.....the 80lb and 200lb ones....)
what are some exercises you can do with these?
so far I tried...just doing as many as I can...and closing the grip strengthener for as long as I can....does anyone know of other ones that I can do?
I have them and use them religiously. Try purchasing John Brookfield's "Mastery of Hand Strength". IT has many different excercises to do. Check the other grip threads. I've heard that KTA is a great program, but I've never tried it.
