This is product endorsed by Cory Holly. It is EFA's in liquid form that you can take by spoonful or mix in your smoothies. I think it is excellent. You ususally can purchase it in Health Food Stores in the refrigerated section. :cool:

I like Udo's Perfect Blend - he believes you need the correct ratio of omega-3's and omega 6's, etc to really benefit from good fat supplementation.
