I have been slowly progressing in the Home Training program. The question I have is Do I continue to do the reps they have listed I do have 5 and 10 lb. dumbells. Should I go up to a higher dumbell like 25lbs. once it starts getting real easy.

Yes once you can go above the desired amount of reps increase the amount of weight.
