Well, to answer your question I am asking that on this board. It is a serious question from a novice weight lifter seeking information on the pros and cons of weight lifting topics. The only thing I have used is Creatine, Protein, and about 5 chicken breasts a day.

Sorry, didn't mean to insult you or anything. Just not too many questions asked pertaining to "anabolic" use on this board. Yes, you will make decent gains on Winstrol.

Winstrol is a very safe a effective anabolic.. gains you gain will stay. However, gains on this anabolic or very small. Same gains that you would make on creatine, glutamine and protein combined.
Just train hard and eat healthy but plenty!

Jimtors from what I've read, You will have the gains, but lert me tell you this. You must be patient with the training. You are not going to come out of the gym and see 1/4 inch different on your biceps or anywhere else. No matter how hard you train, or what you ingest. Stick to the basic proteins, creatine and the glutamine, perhaps add some vitamins, to help your resistance to sickness. But do yourself a favor, stay clean and save your money. Spend it on some good....Whatever else.

I've heard of a lot of people suggest this site for info on steroids. It seems pretty good.

I would like to point out that I don't think that unless you're in your mid twenties or older then it's completly a waste of money to try roids. I'd figure you'd have enough hormones in your body to get good effects without messing yourself up. God knows that most teen age boys don't need extra hormones... I know I didn't ;)
